Warm weather is horrible after snow.

This morning I set 3 alarms to wake up because I went to bed too late. One at 8.30am, one at 8.40am and one at 9am. I ended up waking up at 8.40 and sitting in bed.
I got up and showered, got dressed and then went downstairs to open my advent gift. :) I got a little nivea cream in a tin.

Julia and I got ready to go, my shoelaces were soaked from last night so I had to drain the water out of them... Yes, my shoelaces. We caught the train into Marburg. We got a bus to the main section of the city and went to get photos printed. A man was trying to print photos with a strange memory card and ended up taking ages, so we left and went to buy Julia some pants.

We had a look around in some other stores and then caught a bus to 'Brot und Zeit' (Bread and Time), my favourite bakery. We sat and ate foccacias and 'Schwein Ohre' (Pig ears), which is a pastry...

We walked around Marburg and eventually to DM, which is half a pharmacy basically and Rewe, a supermarket. Julia was thristy, so we bought something to drink and Julia bought me this strange drink which is typical in Hessen... It is disgusting. Everyone else thinks it is too.

We went into DM and got photos printed and then bought some nail polish...
Julia and I caught the bus back to the main part of the city and went into H&M. I ended up buying a jacket because it was half price and I have been staring at it for 2 weeks. When we were finished, we caught a bus back to the main train station and took photobooth photos because we has to wait 20 minutes for our train. We ended up sitting on the platform and the same strange lady that talked to Molly and I on thursday sat next to us...

Our train came early and it smelt like wet dog... We walked home and everyone was collapsed on the couch. It was only 1.30pm. Julia's mum decided to sleep and Hannah and I had the honour of trying to cook spaghetti... I think we used to much pasta too... We shoved everything in the pot and we all walked away from the kitchen for some reason. I came back in after a few minutes and water was spilling out of the pot. It ended up tasting fine with our tomato sauce... Hannah also tried to cook a packet soup... That didn't end up tasting nice at all... Not sure what went wrong there.

We rested for a while and just hing around, then we had to drive Julia to Stadtallendorf because she had an athletes competition. She only had to run the 800m, but she had to be there early. We sat around and watched others do pole vault and high jump. Finally Julia got to run and she was way ahead of everyone else and won by far. The Ferrero factory was in the same village as the athletes competition and they sponsored it, so evryone got Kinder and Ferrero chocolate. :)

We drove home and I wrote in my travel diary... Which doesn't have enough pages. I have already written 60 in the past 2 weeks, and I am half way through it...
We all sat on the couch and watched Bonanza and then I painted my nails... How girly.

After a while, everyone went to Julia's mum's work christmas party so just Julia and I were left at home. Three other friends came over and we made Glühwein and watched TV together. Then we decided to order Döners, which are reaaaaally good. They're like soulakis, but in turkish bread...
We watched 'Das Super Talent' and some strange other German shows... In the end we watched WWE wrestling because we were bored and I had to break it to everyone that is was all just an act... No one believed me, so they googled it.

Everyone left and then the family go home. I was going through their CD collection because Julia's dad told me he had a Marilyn Manson DVD. I found it and then I decided to put all the CDs in alphabetical order... We all went to bed pretty late...

All of the snow we got 2 days ago decided to melt today. It ended up reaching 8 degrees and how all the snow on the tress, in the mountains is gone and the snow on the house is gone too. :(
Everything is damp and yuck, there is slushy water everywhere.

Tomorrow we are going to Frankfurt for a christmas market. :D
